Use the supplied (or any standard) spring-bar tool to compress the pin on your existing strap, lift it clear of the lugs, then seat the StrapWatch strap so the integrated end-link sits flush against the case and the spring bar clicks fully into both lug holes. Never force the pin — if it won't seat cleanly, stop and double-check you have the Swatch x AP model.
